Overview

Agent Metrics shows prompt activity and recorded token usage for the agents available in the selected rollout client. Internal employees with Platform Agents access can report on any Active or Onboarding rollout client selected in the global client switcher. The Role Access matrix still controls which agent roles are available in the Platform Agents workspace. Client users remain limited to their permitted deal and see only their primary assistant. Spend and model pricing are not shown.

How to use this page

  1. Select a rollout client

Use the client switcher in the Platform top bar. An internal employee with Platform Agents access can select any Active or Onboarding rollout client with client agents enabled. A client user can select only a permitted deal. If no client is selected, the page asks you to choose one.

  2. Choose a reporting window

Use Today, Yesterday, This week, This month, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or All time. Calendar day boundaries follow the viewer timezone, and the summary and table update together.

  3. Read the usage summary

The summary band reports Prompts, Usage tokens, Active agents, and Last activity for the selected client and date range. An agent counts as active when it has recorded prompts or token usage in the selected window.

  4. Review agent usage

The table lists the selected client's active, non-archived agents with type, prompt count, recorded usage tokens, and last activity. Paused agents are labeled, and rows without recorded activity show No activity. Current labels include Agent Director, functional managers, focused experts, and a personal assistant when present.

  5. Sort the table

Select Agent, Type, Prompts, Usage tokens, or Last activity to sort. Select the same heading again to reverse the direction. The initial sort is Prompts descending.

  6. Understand the access boundary

Platform Agents page access lets an internal employee open metrics for every rollout client, but it does not grant wider CRM access or change which client-agent roles the Role Access matrix allows. A client user sees only that user's primary assistant for the selected permitted deal.

Common questions

An internal employee with Platform Agents page access can select any Active or Onboarding rollout client with client agents enabled. This access applies to the Platform Agents workspace and metrics, not unrelated CRM pages.
It shows prompt counts, recorded usage tokens, active-agent count, and latest activity for the selected client and date range. It does not show spend or model pricing.
Staff see active, non-archived agents provisioned for the selected client. A client user sees only that user's primary assistant for the selected permitted deal.
The role may not be provisioned for that client or may not be allowed by the Role Access matrix. Platform Agents page access does not automatically grant every agent role.
This week starts Monday and runs through the current day. This month starts on the first calendar day and runs through the current day. Both use the viewer timezone.
Yes. Select any heading, then select it again to reverse the sort direction.
