Overview

Contacts is the client-scoped prospect list. Search, sort, filter, save reusable filter rules or complete table views, move through result pages, import or export CSVs, create contacts, and run bulk actions. Import checks populated email and company website values before any write. Invalid rows stay out of the import, and Download all error rows saves a correction-ready CSV. Send to Files copies the live roster onto this client's Files tab.

How to use this page

  1. Find and sort contacts

Use Search contacts to filter by name, email, company, and related text. Select a sortable column header to sort and select it again to reverse the order. The summary band reports the matching range and current-page activity.

  2. Move through contact pages

Use the page controls below the table to move through matching contacts. Depending on the result set, use First, Previous, Next, or Last. Search, sort, filter, and archive changes return to the first page.

  3. Identify referral contacts

A prospect referred by another contact displays a Referral label beside the name. If you show the optional Source column, the same contact is labeled Referral there. Open the row to see the named referrer and move to that record.

  4. Filter and save a segment

Select Filters, add property rules, and choose All when every rule must match or Any when a contact can match at least one rule. Search properties in the field picker. Load reusable rules with Apply saved filter, then use Save changes to update it or Save new filter to preserve it separately. Use Views to save or load the broader table setup. Filter menus open over the table so long scrolling panes do not clip the property chooser.

  5. Tailor the table columns

Select Columns to show, hide, and reorder fields. The table supports contact, role, company, location, phone, email deliverability, follow-up, meeting, tag, list, notes, and custom fields.

  6. Choose detailed export fields

Select Export CSV to open Choose Export Fields. Search for a field, clear fields you do not need, or use Select all. Organization includes Source, Contact Owner ID, Sales Rep, and Sales Development Rep ID. Activity includes current-campaign email count, last email step, last email sent time, and last email subject.

  7. Export, import, or add contacts

After choosing fields, select Export CSV to download the current filtered view. Import CSV opens upload, mapping, and import. Invalid populated email or website values are rejected before the write, and Download all error rows saves every rejected row. Add Contact opens the single-record form.

  8. Send the live roster to Files

Select Send to Files in the header to copy this client's live contact roster onto the client Files tab as a CSV. A finished import also writes the same kind of Files copy automatically. From a campaign Contacts toolbar, Send to Files copies that campaign's live roster instead.

  9. Run bulk actions

Select page rows or all matching contacts, then edit status, add them to a campaign, or delete after confirmation. Moving an already enrolled contact ends the prior enrollment while preserving history.
