Overview
Email Cadences creates, organizes, reviews, and applies reusable Post-Call and Auto-Cadence copy. Saved Campaigns counts logical campaigns while retaining older copies. Apply now opens a checkbox picker so one reviewed saved sequence can be applied to several eligible campaigns in one operation.
How to use this page
Choose the client and create copy
Select the client, then use New Campaign to write a manual sequence or generate one with Playmaker AI. A manual campaign can have 1 to 10 steps with Variant A only or Variants A and B.
Find the current copy and retained history
The Playbook campaign keeps Current Post-Call and Current Auto-Cadence together as one logical campaign. Older Playbook snapshots stay in their collapsed groups. Other saved campaigns show the newest same-name, same-section copy first and keep older versions under Previous copies.
Edit and validate each email
Open each step to edit its subject and rich-text body. Changes autosave after a pause and Save commits immediately. A completely blank Variant B is treated as unused, but every included variant needs both a meaningful subject and body.
Set the destination section
Choose Post-Call or Auto-Cadence under Campaign Section, then select Save section. Apply stays unavailable while the displayed section differs from the saved section.
Open the campaign picker
Select Apply to Post-Call or Apply to Auto-Cadence. The dialog lists eligible non-completed, non-archived campaigns with checkboxes. Select one or several campaigns, or use Select all campaigns. The counter shows how many are selected.
Apply to the selected campaigns
Select Apply to N campaigns. SalesHive applies the reviewed sequence to every selected campaign and shows progress. Each success replaces only the saved destination section in that campaign. Blank unused Variant B slots are omitted.
Retry partial failures
If some campaigns fail, successful campaigns stay applied and failed campaigns remain selected. Review the message, then retry the remaining selection without reselecting it.
Export or maintain manual steps
Google Doc and PDF exports omit blank unused Variant B slots. In a saved manual campaign, Add email step appends through the ten-step maximum. Remove deletes that step's variants and renumbers later steps without changing a live campaign until Apply.
