Overview

Booked Meetings shows the selected client's confirmed meetings, owners, reminders, recordings, and follow-up work. Use search, saved filters, campaign scope, activity, export, and inline recording playback. Campaign and filter menus open over the table so they stay usable inside scrolling result panes.

How to use this page

  1. Open the selected client's meetings

Open Meetings > Booked Meetings and choose a client. Employees can also use Add Meeting and Export CSV. The list shows the current result count and visible meeting scope.

  2. Filter the list

Use search, status, campaign, owner, setter, or Filters to narrow the selected client's meetings. Campaign selection can search names and supports multiple compatible campaigns; its menu remains visible over the table while you choose.

  3. Save and reuse filter rules

Open Filters, add meeting-property rules, and select a saved filter when available. Choose Save changes to replace the selected filter or Save new filter to create another reusable set.

  4. Review activity and recordings

Expand a row to read the unified Activity timeline. When a saved recording is available, use the inline player in the Recording column. A booking-call match can route playback through the platform recording link, while legacy saved recordings remain playable.

  5. Call and manage follow-ups

Employees can select rows or use a row Call button when a campaign is available. Bulk calls are grouped by campaign. For rescheduling rows, authorized employees can edit the next follow-up date, while clients can view it without editing.

  6. Arrange and export the table

Employees can drag a column grip or move a focused column with the arrow keys, then choose Reset columns. Select Export CSV after applying the filters you want included.

  7. Open a meeting record

Select a contact name or View to open Contact Detail. Select Edit when authorized to update meeting fields, or use Add Meeting for an authorized manual booking.

Common questions

The meeting needs a saved recording URL. When the recording matches a booking call, the player uses the platform recording link. Older saved MeetingAudio recordings continue to use their legacy playback path.
Selected meetings are grouped by compatible resolved campaign. Each Call button opens a dialer session for that campaign, and records without a usable campaign remain selected but are not callable.
Clients see the shared meeting layout without employee reorder controls. Export and other actions remain role-scoped.
Authorized employees can edit the next reschedule follow-up in the table. The Follow-ups page remains the canonical worklist for working the reschedule.
