Overview

Client Agents is the Platform workspace for the agents attached to the selected rollout client. Internal employees who have Platform Agents access can select any Active or Onboarding rollout client from the global client switcher. The Role Access matrix still decides which client-agent roles each employee can open. Client users remain limited to their permitted deals and approved agents. The workspace combines conversation, history, available memory, files, setup, approvals, and a visual list-building workspace when the selected role supports it.

How to use this page

  1. Select a rollout client

Use the client switcher in the top bar. An internal employee with Platform Agents access can open any Active or Onboarding rollout client that has client agents enabled. This page access does not expand CRM access on other pages. A signed client can select only a deal that is permitted for that client account.

  2. Open an available agent

Choose Agent Director, a functional manager, or a focused expert from the left rail. Agent Director opens by default when available. The Role Access matrix controls which roles an employee can see for every selected client, so page access and role access are separate. Client users see only their personal assistant and client-visible roles allowed for their account.

  3. Build and review a list workspace

Open List Building Expert to use Source and filters beside the conversation. Choose ZoomInfo, Apollo, Apify, or Bright Data, set Requested rows, and complete the provider-specific criteria. Save or clear unsaved edits before changing the source, Apollo search type, or Bright Data dataset. Results shows delivered CSV files, row counts, a table preview, and Download CSV.

  4. Ask the List Building Expert to work

Use Ask agent to send the current source, filters, and requested count to the expert. Save and ask agent saves unsaved criteria first. Choosing a source or saving filters does not purchase data. Paid work must show the required exact-count approval before credits are spent.

  5. Chat or start focused work

Use the composer to send a request, dictate, or attach a supported file. Live activity shows whether the request is waiting, loading, using a tool, reasoning, or writing. Empty response placeholders and internal session markers stay hidden so the transcript remains readable.

  6. Choose how client changes are approved

Where available to staff, use Ask me or Approve for me at the lower left of the composer. Ask me requires chat approval for every client change. Approve for me allows routine updates, while significant campaign, sending, bulk, and paid actions still require approval.

  7. Review the workspace tabs

Use Conversation, History, Memory, Files, and Setup when available. Staff can edit only the client-context files exposed in Memory. Setup is a policy summary, not a place to change role grants or page access. Delivered files remain available in Files.

  8. Use the client view

Signed client members can use the current deal's permitted assistant and role agents, conversation, History, Files, and Start fresh controls. Staff-only Memory, Setup, approval controls, Run now, and enable or pause controls remain hidden. Prospect users continue through onboarding instead of this workspace.

Page access and agent-role access are separate. The Role Access matrix still decides which Agent Director, manager, and expert roles appear, and a role must also be provisioned for the selected client.
