Overview

Follow-ups is a selected-client worklist for pending actions, completed history, callbacks, and approved staff presentation views. Client users see their scoped worklist, while Calendar and other staff-only views appear only where the rollout allows them. Search and filters narrow the visible work, and Export CSV downloads that current view for review or handoff.

How to use this page

  1. Open the selected-client worklist

Open Meetings > Follow-ups and choose a client in the switcher. The page is deal-scoped. Pending and Done remain available in the standard worklist, while staff-only presentation controls depend on the selected deal.

  2. Filter the work

Search by prospect, company, or title, choose campaigns, choose an owner when available, and select All Timing, Overdue, Today, Upcoming, or Needs date. Due timing applies to active work, while search, campaign, and owner filters also narrow Done. Apply advanced rules when that staff-only filter is available.

  3. Choose a follow-up family

Use Pending to work open Confirmation, Reschedule, Asked for Info, Potential, Referral, or Callback rows available in the current scope. On a staff presentation view, focused families expose selection and grouped calling, while the combined All overview is read-only for bulk selection.

  4. Export the current view

Choose Export CSV after selecting the tab, family, search, campaign, owner, timing, and advanced rules you need. The file contains only the rows in that current filtered view. It includes action and workflow details, prospect and company fields, owner, campaign, follow-up timing, completion details when available, and the Platform Contact ID. The button is unavailable when the current view has no rows.

  5. Review rows and activity

Expand a row to read selected-deal Activity and notes when available. Reschedule rows use their saved follow-up date, show Needs date when it is missing, and can show Called today after same-day call activity. Confirmation and completed meeting times use the stored meeting timezone, with a local fallback when that value is invalid.

  6. Call and return to the same tab

Choose Call on an eligible row or use a focused-family campaign call control. End Session, close the session summary, or choose Back to Campaign to return to the Follow-ups tab that started the call.

  7. Use Calendar when authorized

Calendar is a staff-only read view. It is available only for the exact approved full-presentation cohort or the six-deal internal Calendar canary, not for every employee deal. Use Day, Week, or Month and the Potential, Confirmation, Reschedule, Asked for Info, and Callback family pills. If Calendar data is temporarily unavailable or the Calendar rollout is disabled, the Calendar tab is hidden while Pending and Done remain available. Clients do not see Calendar.

  8. Review Done and inbound callbacks

Use Done for the most recent 14 days of completed work. Open Inbound callbacks for the separate missed-call and voicemail recovery queue, where assignment, snooze, redial, handled, and read controls are shown when available.

Common questions

It includes the rows in the current filtered view, with action type, workflow, prospect, company, title, owner, campaign, follow-up timing, outcome and completion fields when available, and Platform Contact ID.
The current tab and filter combination has no rows to export. Clear or change filters, or choose a view with follow-ups.
No. The export follows the current tab and the search, campaign, owner, timing, family, Calendar family, and advanced filters that apply to that view.
Calendar is restricted to authorized internal sessions on the exact approved full-presentation cohort or the six approved internal Calendar canary deals. Client users do not see it.
A temporary Calendar read failure or operational disablement hides only the Calendar tab. Pending and Done keep their normal worklist and source projections.
No. The canary is Calendar-only. It does not broaden Pending or Done presentation, calling, callback completion, date editing, contact status, ownership, or other mutation authority.
Reschedule timing uses the saved follow-up date. A same-day call can show Called today, and a missing usable date shows Needs date.
The dialer returns to the same Follow-ups tab after End Session, the session summary close, or Back to Campaign when the call started from Follow-ups.
No. Client sessions are scoped to their own account. Staff-only presentation controls, Calendar, advanced rules, and expanded history remain hidden or permission-guarded.
